Dave Garvey, of Coastal Land & Commercial Group, Government Services at Keller Williams Coastal Realty, is pleased to announce the sale of approximately 11 acres located off Route 108 on Stone Quarry Drive in Durham, NH. The land was sold to the The RiverWoods Group, a charitable nonprofit Continuing Care Retirement Community.

Dave represented the seller in this transaction. According to the Registry of Deeds the sale price was $1,450,000. The sale will enable the Riverwoods project, which is 150 units of independent living along with a comprehensive health center providing assisted living, memory care and skilled nursing with an approximately 72-bed capacity. The property took nearly two years for approvals with the Town of Durham. Riverwoods is the premier CCRC in the State, and has two other locations in Exeter and Manchester.
