Ethan Ash, KW New England Regional Ambassador and former NHCIBOR & NECPE President, is an Associate Broker and has been working in Real Estate Development and Management since he graduated the University of New Hampshire. After focusing in student housing he joined the KW commercial team in 2016, bringing his marketing and management knowledge and enthusiasm.

Margaret joined CLCG in 2025, bringing a marketing strategy that leverages data analytics to drive results. A native of Georgia, she served in the U.S. Navy as a Mass Communication Specialist on the USS George H.W. Bush (CVN 77) before relocating to Massachusetts. She earned two degrees in communication, with a focus on campaign development and data analytics.
Administrative Assistant
Gene joined CLCG in 2021 and provides overnight support to agents, as he was born and lives in the Philippines. Gene graduated with a Bachelor of Science in electrical engineering, specializing in health, safety and environment. His conscientiousness, self-discipline and detail-orientation gives him the ability to anticipate problems - always striving to get things right.

Sarah joined CLCG in 2018 and provides support to the team during regular business hours. Sarah was born and raised in Minnesota and graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Studio Art, specializing in photography. Her project management skills and detail-orientation gives her the ability to keep agents and admins focused, transactions organized, and marketing humming along.
