Viktoria Alkova brings passion and experience to the Coastal Land and Commercial team as a recently licensed real estate salesperson. In 2017, she moved to the United States from her home in Kursk, Russia, where she spent over seven years managing her family-owned recreational center.
Her parents’ determination in owning a small business and various real estate properties had a strong influence on her career. Their growing success led her to start building a similar future. Viktoria graduated from one of the top 100 educational institutions in Russia, rated as #1 in the US by the number of graduates admitted to the top universities.
After moving to the US, Viktoria completed her education in real estate and officially became a licensed real estate professional in 2019. Despite her young age, she is tenacious and extremely driven. Viktoria believes that communication - the human connection - is the key to personal and career success. She enjoys working together with the best team of exceptionally experienced commercial real estate professionals and continuously building on her education in real estate.
