Dave Garvey has a diverse background, including 25 years as a licensed commercial appraiser and licensed as a Broker since 1982. He has specialized in land and commercial since 1 986. Dave has also worked as a consultant, obtaining approvals for numerous projects throughout the seacoast, taking them from inception to completion. Dave has completed numerous H&B Use analyses, project feasibility analysis and provided guidance for strategic acquisition or divestiture plans for his private and public clients. He has served as an expert witness in several cases, including eminent domain.
As a KW Commercial broker, Dave provides a full range of services to a diverse group of clients, including investment services and specialty property. He has a specialty of Student Housing, having a long history with student housing in the Durham area, and beyond, including sales, management and consulting as well as tax abatements. He has resided in the seacoast since 1976.
As a life-long resident of New Hampshire, growing up in the lakes region and studying as well as working on the seacoast, Ethan knows this area, know this industry, and understand small businessj needs.
His passion to help grow his family's business led him to study marketing and management in school and compete in business start-up competitions while at UNH. His first job out of school helped a very small development firm triple their portfolio in just two years.
Her parents' determination in owning a small business and various real estate properties had a strong influence on her career. Their growing success led her to start building a similar future. Viktoria graduated from one of the top 100 educational institutions in Russia, rated as #1 in the US by the number of graduates admitted to the top universities. After moving to the US, Viktoria completed her education in real estate and officially became a licensed real estate professional in 2019. Despite her young age, she is tenacious and extremely driven.
