Ethan Ash is an Associate Broker and has been working in Real Estate Development and Management since he graduated the University of New Hampshire. After focusing in student housing he joined the KW commercial team in 2016, bringing his marketing and management knowledge and enthusiasm.
As a life-long resident of New Hampshire, growing up in the lakes region and studying as well as working on the seacoast, Ethan knows this area, know this industry, and understand small business’ needs.
His passion to help grow his family's business led him to study marketing and management in school and compete in business start-up competitions while at UNH. His first job out of school helped a very small development firm triple their portfolio in just two years.
